The real project is so much lovelier than the photos show, I wish you could see it! :)
This is the main focus of the quilt, but it was too short for what I needed. However I felt that if I added more squares it would just look too busy, and as you know, I'm in a lighter, whiter, summer-y mood lately :) So I added a larger white frame and thus concluded the top of my quilt:
I just know I'll end up picking a very colorfull binding, so I'm happy with the bigger frame. I also have no idea how to quilt this, but I'm loving the experience. I wish I could do this quilt in every possible combination! :)

I love it, and think it will look great with a lovely colorful binding - maybe using different bindings in different colors, since the squares are all different colors, too. Beautiful work!
