The madeover bedroom :: O quarto renovado

Hello.

After writing extensively about it, I don't think I ever showed you the finished result of the bedroom I made over in September/October/whatever...

Olá.

Apesar de terescrito extensivamente sobre o assunto, penso que nunca vos mostrei o resultado final do quarto que renovei em Setembro/Outubro/ou coisa que o valha...

With a little help from my friend, Mr. Ikea, we managed to completely change the vibe of a bedroom that hadn't really seen any improvement since I was a child.
The bed, the table, the lamps and the dresser are Ikea. So are the curtains, even though I had to adjust them a bit to our taste.

Com uma pequena ajuda do meu amigo Sr.Ikea, conseguimos mudar completamente um quarto que na realidade já não via nenhuma mudança desde que eu era criança.
A cama, a mesa, os candeeiros e a cómoda são Ikea. As cortinas também, apesar ter as ter ajustado um bocado ao nosso gosto.

We painted the walls, the wooden cabinet and the hanger. we assembled the furniture,in true Ikea-style, I made the headboard for the bed, the bed cover and the pillows.

Nós pintamos as paredes, o armário de madeira e o cabide, montámos a mobília, fiz a cabeceira, a colcha da cama e as almofadas.

Just to share with you my favourite decoration feature, these cute perfume flasks. Love them!

Só para partilhar convosco o meu pormenor de decoração favorito, estes frascos de perfume. Adoro-os!

The gigantic bedspread, I have never done such a big project, nor do I intend to repeat it,unless I have somebeody holding it for me while I sew. I won't even try to show you this upclose :)

And that's preety much it, just wished I had some before pictures, but I forgot!


A colcha gigantesca, nunca tinha feito um projecto tão grande, nem tenciono repetir, a não ser que tenha alguém a segurá-la enquanto coso. Nem vou tentar mostrar isto de perto.:)

E é isto, só tenho pena de não ter fotografias do antes, mas confesso que me esqueci :)
